Introducing Ally: the AI assistant that knows your pipeline rules

Most AI assistants know your calendar. Ally knows your deal criteria, your pipeline stages, and which leads have gone cold.

When we started building Allyos, one of the things we kept hearing from sales teams was a version of the same problem: "We have an AI assistant. It's great for writing emails. But it doesn't know anything about our actual pipeline."

That's because most AI assistants are general-purpose tools grafted onto CRMs. They can draft an email or summarise a meeting, but they don't know your deal stages, your qualification criteria, or which prospects you've been meaning to follow up on for two weeks.

We built Ally differently.

What makes Ally different

Ally is built on top of your actual pipeline data. It knows which contacts are in which stage. It knows your qualification rules. It knows when a deal has gone quiet and how long is too long given your typical sales cycle.

You configure Ally's rules at three levels:

**Workspace rules** apply to everything. Things like: "Flag any deal that hasn't had a touchpoint in 10 days" or "Alert me when a lead moves backward in the pipeline."

**Object rules** are specific to a record type. Your enterprise pipeline might have different qualification criteria than your SMB pipeline. Ally handles them separately.

**Group rules** let different teams on the same workspace have different alert logic. Your inbound team might want weekly summaries. Your outbound team might want daily nudges.

What Ally actually does

Every morning, Ally reviews your pipeline and tells you:

- Which deals have gone quiet and for how long

- Which leads meet your qualification criteria and haven't been followed up

- Which prospects asked for something specific that hasn't been sent yet

- Which renewals or check-ins are coming up in the next 14 days

It then offers to take action. Draft the follow-up email. Summarise the account for a handoff. Write the update for the client.

This isn't AI for AI's sake. It's a focused tool that reduces the cognitive load of managing a pipeline.

What Ally doesn't do

Ally doesn't make decisions for you. It doesn't automatically send emails, move deals, or mark leads as qualified. It surfaces information and offers to help. You stay in control.

We're deliberate about this. A CRM assistant that acts without your approval is a liability. Ally is the opposite: it does the scan and the flagging so you can spend your attention on the conversations that matter.

How to get started

Ally is included in every Allyos workspace. You can set up your first rule in about two minutes: go to your workspace settings, open the Ally tab, and describe what you want it to watch for in plain language.

It reads your pipeline from there and starts surfacing what it finds at the start of each day.

If you're already an Allyos user, Ally is live in your workspace now. Let us know what you think.
