Archiving vs deleting
Keep your history without cluttering your workspace
As you use Allyos, some records will naturally go cold. A lead might go unresponsive, or an onboarding project might wrap up. Your first instinct might be to delete those records to keep your active views clean. However, deleting a record permanently destroys all of its valuable history, past emails, meeting notes, and context that could be incredibly useful if that person ever reaches back out.
Instead of deleting, you should archive them. Since Allyos is completely customizable, you can build a simple archiving workflow in seconds using your existing columns and filters.
Just like that, the cold record instantly disappears from your daily workflow, keeping your screen clean. But because you didn't delete it, you can still search for them globally, and if they ever send you a new message, their full history will be waiting right there for you.
