Bulk editing & standardizing data

Fix messy details across hundreds of records at once

Even without duplicate records, your data can easily become inconsistent. One teammate might type a city as Dubai, another as DXB, and a third as Dubai, UAE. When your data isn't standardized, it becomes impossible to filter your views or pull accurate reports. Allyos lets you fix these inconsistencies at scale without clicking into every single record.

1Filter out the mess
Use a filter on your Table View to group all the unstandardized records together. For example, filter your location column for any value containing DXB or UAE.
2Select multiple rows
Click the checkboxes next to the records that need to be updated. You can select specific records manually, or click the master checkbox at the top of the table to select every filtered record at once.
3Update in one click
With your records selected, open the bulk action menu and select the column you want to fix. Type or select the correct value, like changing them all uniformly to Dubai, and apply it. Allyos will instantly rewrite the data across every selected row.
4Maintain clean dropdowns
Whenever possible, use Select or Multi-Select columns instead of open text columns for predictable data like statuses, regions, or industries. This prevents typos from ruining your data structure in the first place.
