Gmail vs your own domain, and what each gives you
Email outreach lets you send personal-looking emails to a group of contacts, all from inside Allyos. No extra tool, no copy-pasting into a bulk sender. You write the message once, Allyos fills in each person's details automatically, and every email reads like you wrote it just for them.
Set up your sender first
Before you can send outreach, go to Settings and open the Sender section. This is where you connect the account your emails will come from. You have two options and each works differently.
- Gmail connects your Gmail account directly. It is the quickest way to get started and emails land with the trust of your personal address, but sending limits are lower and you cannot see open or reply tracking.
- Your own domain sends from your company email address. You connect it by adding a CNAME record through your domain provider. Limits are higher and you get full tracking so you can see who opened and who replied.
