Write your message
Start from a template or scratch, and personalize at scale
Every outreach message starts the same way: you write it once, then let Allyos fill in the personal details for each recipient. The result is a batch of emails that each feel individually written.
1Write directly or start from one of your templates
Open the outreach composer and write your message from scratch. If you have sent something similar before and saved it as a template, you can load it here instead of starting over. Either way, the message is yours to edit before anything goes out.
2Save it as a template for next time
If you have written a message you will want to reuse, save it as a template before sending. Next time you run outreach you can pull it up and adapt it in seconds rather than rewriting from scratch.
3Use merge fields to personalize
Anywhere you want Allyos to pull in a contact's own details, insert a merge field. Common ones are first name, company name, or any custom column you have in your workspace. When the email sends, each person sees their own information in place of the field.
4Write like you are writing to one person
The best outreach emails are short, specific, and sound human. Merge fields handle the personalization, but the tone of your message does the real work.
Next: review each email before it goes out.
