Import your contacts
Bring your real data in — the first win
An empty workspace isn't very helpful. The fastest way to see how Allyos works is to fill it with the people and companies you already talk to.
You can always add records manually, one by one, but nobody wants to do that. Instead, we've built five fast ways to pull your existing data straight into your workspace.
1Email and Calendar Sync (Google & Outlook)
This is usually the best place to start. Connect your work email, and Allyos will automatically pull in the contacts you communicate with. Better yet, it logs your emails and meetings on their profiles so you don't have to do it yourself.
2Spreadsheet Import (CSV)
If you have a spreadsheet or an export from an old tool, you can upload it in a few clicks.
- Upload your file: Select your CSV.
- Map your columns: Tell Allyos which column is the email, which is the name, and so on.
- Import: Review the preview and hit import.
Allyos is smart enough to catch duplicates. If a contact from your spreadsheet is already in your workspace, it just updates their profile instead of creating a messy copy.
3WhatsApp Business Integration
Since so much business happens over text, you can connect your WhatsApp Business API directly. This automatically creates contacts from your chats and syncs your new messages in real-time, keeping those conversations sitting right alongside your email history.
4LinkedIn Chrome Extension
When you are prospecting or researching on LinkedIn, you don't need to copy and paste details. Just click the Allyos Chrome extension, and it will instantly pull that person's profile data directly into your workspace.
5Custom APIs
If you have a custom setup, an internal app, or want to build an integration with another platform, you can push data directly into Allyos using our endpoints. You can find everything your engineering team needs in the Developer API Docs.
