Name it, brand it, set the basics
Your Allyos workspace is the shared home for all your data. It is the single place where you keep your objects and organize your groups. You can use it solo, or invite your entire team to collaborate.
Working with multiple workspaces
Most teams only need one workspace to keep everything connected. However, if you run multiple businesses or have entirely separate projects, you can create as many additional workspaces as you need.
A fully transparent space
If you invite teammates, keep in mind that Allyos is designed for open collaboration. Everyone in the workspace sees the same records. This transparency makes it incredibly easy to hand work off and pick up right where a teammate left off without having to ask for an update.
Leaving or deleting a workspace
If you ever need to clean house, you can manage this directly in your workspace settings. Only the original creator (the owner) has the permission to permanently delete a workspace. If you are an invited teammate, you won't be able to delete it, but you will have the option to simply leave the workspace.
