Build and edit custom objects
Create objects that match your real-world business
Out of the box, Allyos gives you standard objects for People and Companies. But every business is different. If your business runs on Deals, Properties, Applications, or Subscriptions, you shouldn't have to force that data into a Company shape just to track it.
Instead, Allyos lets you build custom objects for exactly what you do.
1Create a custom object
Just give your new object a name, like Properties or Deals. Instantly, that new object will live in your workspace right alongside People and Companies, ready to hold its own records.
2Define what it tracks
Once your object is created, you need to decide what details it should hold. This is where you add columns specific to that object. For example, a Properties object might need columns for Square Footage and Listing Price, details that wouldn't make any sense on a standard Person object.
3Edit as you grow
Your business changes, and your setup can too. You can always rename an object, add new columns, or delete the object entirely if you no longer use it.
By building custom objects, your CRM actually maps to your real-world business, rather than forcing you to work around rigid software.
